How do I choose the right crystal bracelet size?

To find a comfortable fit, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone using a flexible measuring tape. Compare your measurement with the sizing information provided on the product page. If you prefer a looser fit, consider allowing a little extra room. If you're unsure which size to choose, contact us before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at xipogem@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll check whether the requested change can be made. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
